Cardiff-based Chartered Surveyors and Valuers
Foresite Surveyors was established in 2011 by Jonathan Graham, having had previous experience with both residential and commercial properties for Chesterton, DTZ, Michael Graham Young and Allied Surveyors. Jon was educated in Cardiff and in 1996 attained his BSc (Hons) in Estate Management Surveying from the University of Glamorgan. In 1999 he qualified as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
Biography: Jonathan Graham, Principal Surveyor, Cardiff
Jonathan (Jon) Graham is the Principal Surveyor and Director of Foresite Surveyors Ltd, a firm he established in 2011 to carry out valuations and surveys on residential properties in the South Wales area. He also acts as a consultant surveyor for Michael Graham Young Ltd, a Cardiff-based estate agency firm, and Allied Surveyors for whom he undertakes residential surveys and valuations. He is aware of the duties and responsibilities of an Expert Witness, being called upon when required.
As a Chartered Surveyor, Jon is regularly involved in the survey and valuation of residential properties in the Cardiff (CF) postal areas, having done so since 2003.
